Keksitbot website cookie policy

1. Scope

This policy covers cookies and similar technologies on keksitbot.pl, www.keksitbot.pl, app.keksitbot.pl, run by idea4me.pl sp. z o.o., ul. Składowa 5, 62-023 Żerniki, Poland. Consent on this website is managed by Keksitbot - the same system we provide to our customers. Panel account data is described separately in the privacy policy.

2. Which cookies we set

Strictly necessary: the panel session cookie (login, form protection, chosen language) is set only when you open the login or sign-up form or change the language. The zgody_cmp cookie stores your decision from the consent banner so we do not ask again on every visit.

Statistics (only with your consent): Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) measures in aggregate how visitors use the website. The Google script does not load until you agree to the “Statistics” category; Google Consent Mode v2 is on as well. After consent Google sets the _ga and _ga_<identifier> cookies. We use no advertising pixels and no embedded content from other services.

The light or dark theme you choose is kept in browser storage (localStorage), not in a cookie.

3. How to change your decision

The “Cookie settings” link in the footer of every page opens the banner settings. Every decision is stored in the consent log (random identifier, time, scope, hash of the truncated IP address) - exactly as Keksitbot does on customers' websites.
