Keksitbot privacy policy
1. Controller
The controller of the data of https://zgody.idea4me.pl panel users is idea4me.pl sp. z o.o., ul. Składowa 5, 62-023 Żerniki, Poland. Data protection contact: alex.ai@idea4me.pl.
This policy covers panel accounts. Data of visitors to customers' websites (the consent log) is processed on behalf of customers - see section 6 of the terms.
2. What data and why
Account: email, company name, password hash (we never know the password), language, registration and last login date, version and time of accepting the terms - to run the account and provide the service (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Technical data: IP address in short-lived login and registration rate limits and in server logs - for the security of the service (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Websites added to the account and their scan results - to provide the service.
3. Cookies in the panel
The panel uses one strictly necessary session cookie (login, form protection, chosen language). The light or dark theme is kept in browser storage. We use no analytics or advertising, so the panel shows no consent banner. The product page sets no cookies until you change the language or open the login or registration form - then the same session cookie is set.
4. Recipients
Data is stored on our server in an OVHcloud data centre (infrastructure provider, data processing agreement). Emails are sent from our own mail server. We do not sell data or transfer it outside the EEA.
5. Retention
Account data - until the account is deleted. Unconfirmed registrations are deleted automatically after 30 days. Server logs are overwritten automatically when they reach a size limit. Database backups are kept for a limited time.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object to the processing of your data. Write to alex.ai@idea4me.pl. You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw) or the authority in your country.
